Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the MP3Juice website and the services offered on it (together, "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

MP3Juice provides a music search, song pages with a short preview player, and guides about saving and playing music. Downloads are prepared by an embedded third-party conversion tool. MP3Juice does not host, store or sell audio or video files, and it does not own the content that appears in search results.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights of any person
  • Download, copy or share content you do not have the right to use
  • Redistribute, sell or publicly perform files obtained through the Service without the necessary permission
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it
  • Try to bypass security measures, rate limits or bot protection
  • Interfere with the normal working of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law

We may restrict or block access to the Service for anyone who breaks these rules.

Music is usually protected by copyright. You are solely responsible for making sure that you have the right to download and use any file. In general, this means downloading only your own uploads, content that is free of copyright or published under a license that allows it, or music the rights holder has allowed you to save.

MP3Juice does not check whether a particular download is permitted for you. Rights holders can ask us to remove content as described in our DMCA policy.

Third-party services

The Service includes features provided by third parties, including a video preview player and the conversion tool. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, may use cookies, may run bot protection checks and may display advertising or open advertising pages. MP3Juice does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only and do not mean we endorse them.

Intellectual property

The MP3Juice name, site design, text of our guides and other original material on the site are protected by law. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site without permission. Song titles, artist names, artwork and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that every search will return results, that every download will work, or that a file will have a particular audio quality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MP3Juice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, from third-party services, or from content you download. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to hold MP3Juice harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your infringement of the rights of others, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to the Service and these terms

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the updated terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
