Help with the site

If something is not working, a short description helps us find the problem quickly. Please include:

  • The page address (URL) where the problem happened
  • The song or search term you used
  • Your device and browser, for example "Android phone, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari"
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • Any error message you saw (a screenshot is welcome)

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. We never need them.

Feedback and suggestions

Ideas for new features, languages or guides are welcome. If you spot a mistake in one of our articles, tell us which page it is on and what should be corrected.

If you hold the rights to content that appears on MP3Juice and want it removed, please read our DMCA policy first. It lists the information a valid notice must contain. Send the notice to contact@mp3juicesa.co.za with "Copyright notice" in the subject line so it reaches the right queue.

Response time

We usually answer within a few business days. Copyright notices that include all required information are handled first. If you have not heard back after a week, please send your message again in case it was filtered as spam.
